Even Reticent Naoto Shirogane Can Express Herself with Dance in Persona 4: Dancing All Night! (+ Lyric Videos!)

What’s that? Best girl video has been released?! WELL WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR?!

Naoto Shirogane, the Detective Prince, joins the rest of the Investigation Team in Persona 4: Dancing All Night as they try to rescue the members of Kanamin Kitchen from the Midnight Stage! Though she doesn’t excel at expressing herself in day to day, when the music starts she lets go and moves to the beat with the best of them!

Atlus has also shared two new Lyric Videos with us, so as Atlus’ PR head states, throw on your headphones and jam out now!

After listening to those, what’s YOUR favorite song in the game so far?!

Survival of the fittest when everything’s blocks.

Pros:
  • Nice looking lighting and shading.
  • Nice creative mode.
Cons:
  • No explanation of controls/how to craft.
  • Thirst meter adds additional stress to nights.
  • Annoying animal/monster sounds.

KINGDOM HEARTS III TO INCLUDE BIG HERO 6

Finally, some Kingdom Hearts 3 news that isn’t a delay!

LOS ANGELES (August 16, 2015) – SQUARE ENIX® and Disney Interactive today announced that the beloved characters and world of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Academy Award®-winning film Big Hero 6 will make their debut in the ever-expanding narrative of KINGDOM HEARTS III.

The much-anticipated addition to the KINGDOM HEARTS franchise will take Sora and a cast of Disney companions to the urban setting of San Fransokyo, home of lovable robot Baymax, continuing the events of the animated film.

At D23 Expo 2015, Academy Award®-winning producer Roy Conli delighted fans with the announcement that Big Hero 6 characters will be an integral part of KINGDOM HEARTS III. In a video message for D23 attendees, Conli draws parallels between core elements of the animated film and the overarching KINGDOM HEARTS story, remarking: “Big Hero 6 is such a special film for me – and we always made sure that each action sequence had a very special meaning. The themes in KINGDOM HEARTS and Big Hero 6 match very well. For instance there’s friendship, really important to both stories, and then of course light over darkness.”

I can personally state that I’m very, very excited for this. What about you guys? What worlds would you like to see in Kingdom Hearts 3?

A strange classic, Septerra!

Pros:
  • Great story
  • Interesting characters
  • Cool combat mechanics
  • Interesting puzzles
Cons:
  • Dated graphics
  • Easy to get lost sometimes

Keeping the Bromance Alive — Yosuke and Yu Reunited for Another Mission!

Woah, more characters for Persona 4: Dancing All Night? Don’t mind if we do! This time we’ve got the true OTP of the series, Kanji and Yosuke! Two hard working dudes that just want to dance!

YA WANT SOME?! WELL OK THEN! Up next on the Midnight Stage is Kanji Tatsumi! The notorious delinquent has a tough exterior, but deep down, Kanji has a soft spot for anything cute, which is why he won’t let anyone stop him from rescuing the members of Kanamin Kitchen! Persona 4 fans get a chance to see Kanji prove he’s all man with his powerful dance moves as he and his Persona defeat Shadows and bring down the house!

Debuting next is Yu’s #1 Best Bro, Yosuke Hanamura! Despite his moments of clumsiness in Persona 4, Yosuke is agile and specializes in fast-paced songs. He comes into Persona 4: Dancing All Night strong with some stylish hip-hop inspired dance moves! Team up with Yosuke and the rest of the Investigation Team as they dance their way to rescue Kanamin Kitchen. Check out his trailer video to see him strut his stuff in some hilarious costumes!

Forget what Persona 4: Dancing All Night is about? Persona 4: Dancing All Night is a story-driven music game that takes place after the events in Persona 4. Players get pulled onto the MidnightStage when the spotlight turns to mega-idol Rise and her junior group, Kanamin Kitchen. Members of Kanamin Kitchen have disappeared and it’s up to the Investigation Team to mount a rescue mission – only they discover the same monstrous Shadows from the Midnight Channel. To make matters even worse, their Persona abilities are rendered ineffective, and the Shadows in P4D can only be defeated by dance, so bust out powerful dance moves to save the day!

With more characters being shown as we get closer to the release, who do YOU want to dance as?

Embarking on a new Quest, King’s Quest re-imagines a classic.

Pros:
  • Great story and characters.
  • Amazing voice cast.
  • Great puns and familial-feel.
Cons:
  • Slight framerate problems at random moments.
  • Can be a bit difficult to navigate, a map of some sort could be helpful.
